As of now, not much new to blog about. Just super busy with unpacking and organizing a new house while caring for 2 little ones. Our other house is officially on the market. We are praying for it to sell before Sept. 1. Now, to just finish setting up this house before school starts! Once that day comes I'm completely busy for the first few weeks getting into my new routine of the school year. Thankfully we still have almost a month left, so I think we'll have it all finished by then.
As for this blogging thing, it's not what I thought it would be. I never truly know what to blog about. I don't live an iteresting life. I don't coupon and have fantastic money saving ideas. I'm far from crafty, although I do wish I could do some of those cute and crafty things. I'm just a child of God, a wife, a mommy, and a teacher. I would say my overall daily life is rather boring for most people. For those that read, what do you enjoy reading about (in a blog that is)?

God is good!
We closed on our new house this past Wednesday and have been very busy boxing things up and moving them over to the new place. It's taking a little longer than I would like, but that's probably to be expected with two little ones. We had a few surprises when we went to closing and they were ultimately from God. First, we don't have to make a payment until the beginning of September! That gives us time to sell our house (hopefully we'll have it close to being sold by then). Also, since I worked part time this past school year I received smaller paychecks over the summer and we're having to be very careful with our money. I'll receive my next paycheck the end of August just in time for the first payment. Truly a blessing from God. Then, we found that the interest rate had dropped since we originally started the process so our payments are a few hundred dollars less each month than we had budgeted for. Now, we know we can afford for me to continue part time (still waiting on a co teacher though, so praying that will happen!)! God has truly had His hand in this process the whole time. We pray that we can use this house for Him some how. For your viewing pleasure here a few pictures of our new home!
The rest of the house is just the kids' bathroom, their bedrooms and our room and bathroom. The backyard is amazing compared to what we have now!
We are looking forward to finally settling in and enjoying our new spacious house!
