Happy 1st Birthday Gavin

Gavin celebrated his first birthday at the beginning of this month.

Gavin: How can a year have already passed?? I miss my sweet chubby baby that I could cuddle. You're on the go now that you've discovered walking. You are curious and not afraid to venture off and see what is going on around. You still love to eat and I fear the day you become a teenager! You're still nursing 3 times a day and would nurse more if I let you. I secretly enjoy the fact that you still want mama and I'm the only one that can provide that comfort for you. Thankfully, you figured out how to sleep through the night around 9-10 months although you still get us up at night at least once a week. I think you just want to make sure we're still here. :) Your favorite things to play with are my hair brush, the toy kitchen set, and the kitchen trash. Your favorite person to follow around is your big brother Wyatt. I pray you two will have a good and lasting friendship. Gavin, I'm blessed to have you as my baby, the baby I prayed for but thought I'd never have. God knew what He was doing when He told me no for so long, He knew that one day you would be here! For that I am thankful.
